The AZUD Modular 100 50mm BSP 130 Micron Polypropylene Disc Filter is a high-capacity manual filtration solution designed for demanding irrigation water filtration applications. Built from high-quality technical plastic, this robust disc filter provides reliable particle removal, excellent durability and easy maintenance for agricultural, horticultural and fertigation systems.

The filter is equipped with a polypropylene grooved disc element featuring 130-micron filtration, equivalent to 120 mesh. This filtration grade effectively removes suspended particles from irrigation water, helping protect drip emitters, sprinklers, valves, pumps and other water distribution equipment from clogging.

The large 535 cm² disc filtration area provides increased dirt-holding capacity, allowing longer operating periods between cleaning cycles while maintaining efficient filtration performance. The threaded closure system ensures secure compression of the disc stack during operation and allows easy removal and cleaning without specialised tools.

The AZUD Modular 100 includes auxiliary threaded connections for pressure gauges, draining and pressure relief, enabling simple monitoring and maintenance of the filtration system. The technical plastic housing offers excellent resistance to corrosion and many chemical products, ensuring reliable operation in challenging outdoor environments.

With a 50mm BSP connection, maximum recommended flow up to 20 m³/h and maximum operating pressure of 8 bar, this filter is suitable for medium to large irrigation systems, fertigation applications, horticulture and agricultural water filtration installations.
