Dosatron D25RE10VF Standard 3–10% Water Powered Dosing Pump

The Dosatron D25 Series is a water-powered proportional dosing pump designed to inject liquid concentrate directly into a water line. It is suitable for irrigation, fertigation, livestock, water treatment and general chemical dosing applications where proportional dosing is required.

No. The D25 operates using water pressure as the power source. Water flow activates the internal motor piston, which draws concentrate from the container, doses it at the selected percentage and mixes it into the water line.

The D25 Series operates from 10 L/h to 2.5 m³/h, which is approximately 1/3 US pint/min to 11 US GPM. The D25 RE 10 model is limited to 2 m³/h / 8.8 GPM.

Most D25 models operate from 0.3 to 6 bar, or approximately 4.3 to 85 PSI. The D25 RE 10 model operates from 0.3 to 4 bar, or approximately 4.3 to 58 PSI.

The D25 Series includes fixed and adjustable dosing options. Available dosing ranges include 0.07% to 0.2%, 0.1% to 0.9%, 0.2% to 2%, 0.5% to 4%, 1% to 5%, and 3% to 10%, depending on the selected model. Fixed models include options such as 0.2%, 0.8% / 1%, and 2%.

The D25 uses 3/4" male NPT/BSP connections, listed as Ø20 x 27mm.

The package includes 1 Dosatron unit, 1 mounting bracket, 1 suction tube for concentrated additive, 1 strainer, and 1 owner’s manual. IE models also include an injection suction tube for external injection.

The maximum suction height is 4 metres / 13 feet. The suction tube should be fitted with the strainer and weight, and the strainer should sit at least 10cm / 4" above the bottom of the chemical tank to avoid drawing in sediment.

Yes. The D25 can be installed directly inline or on a bypass, with bypass installation recommended. A bypass allows clean water to pass without operating the Dosatron and makes the unit easier to isolate or remove for servicing.

The injection area should be rinsed after use by drawing clean water through the suction tube. Dosatron recommends routine maintenance once per year, including replacing the dosing seals and suction tube annually to maintain accurate injection.
