Dosatron D3 Series Replacement Lower Casing Assembly (PJDI113)

Unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer’s documentation, products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.

To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer, authorised distributor or nominated assessment location with proof of purchase. The product will be inspected and repaired, replaced or credited if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

CONDITIONS

• Product must be installed, operated and maintained as per manufacturer instructions.
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
• Customer may be responsible for return postage and assessment costs.
• Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period unless stated by the manufacturer.
• Product must be cleaned, drained and safe to handle before return.

NOT COVERED

• Incorrect installation, misuse or operation outside specifications
• Lack of maintenance or unauthorised repair
• Normal wear and tear or consumable parts
• Chemical incompatibility or incorrect chemical use
• Environmental damage, corrosion or external damage
• Damage caused by water impurities, debris, scale or poor water quality
• Incorrect product selection or use for an unsuitable application
