Dosatron D6GL2BPVF Greenline 0.2–2% Water Powered Dosing Pump

The Dosatron D6GL2BPVF Greenline is a water powered proportional dosing pump designed for accurate fertigation, fertiliser injection and horticultural irrigation applications.

Operating without electricity, the D6GL uses the water flow as its power source. As water passes through the pump, it automatically draws in the concentrate, doses it at the selected percentage and mixes it into the water line. The injection rate remains proportional to the volume of water flowing through the unit, helping maintain consistent dosing even when flow or pressure varies.

The D6GL2BPVF model offers an adjustable dosing range from 0.2% to 2%, equal to a ratio range of 1:500 to 1:50. It is suitable for water flows from 100 L/h up to 6,000 L/h and operates at pressures from 0.3 to 8 bar. This makes it a strong option for greenhouse, nursery, horticulture, fertigation and agricultural irrigation systems.

This Greenline model includes a manual bypass as standard, allowing the user to switch the dosing function on or off without removing the pump from the line. The VF seal configuration is designed for acidic fluid compatibility, making it suitable for many fertilisers and acidic additives, subject to chemical compatibility confirmation.

The D6GL range is designed with a simplified hydraulic motor, reduced number of parts and no metal parts in the motor, supporting easier servicing, durability and reliable operation in professional irrigation environments.
