Dosatron D8IL3000EXVF Industrial 0.03–0.125% Water Powered Dosing Pump with ATEX Certification

The Dosatron D8IL3000EXVF is an industrial water powered proportional dosing pump designed for very low-rate chemical injection in demanding industrial and hazardous area applications.

This model forms part of the Dosatron Industry Line ATEX / IECEx range, designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres where compliant non-electrical dosing equipment is required. The pump operates using water pressure only, with no electricity required. As water flows through the unit, the Dosatron automatically draws in the chemical concentrate, mixes it with the water and injects it proportionally into the downstream line.

The D8IL3000EXVF provides an adjustable dosing range from 0.03% to 0.125%, equivalent to 1:3000 to 1:800. It is suitable for operating water flows from 500 L/h to 8,000 L/h and pressures from 0.15 to 8 bar, making it ideal for low-dose chemical injection across higher-flow industrial water systems.

The VF seal configuration is designed for acidic fluid applications, subject to chemical compatibility confirmation. The unit is supplied with a mounting bracket, suction tube, strainer and owner’s manual.

This model is suitable for industrial chemical dosing, water treatment, process water systems, hazardous area applications and low-rate additive injection where a non-electric, proportional dosing solution is required.
