Dosatron D8IL5EXAF Industrial 1–5% Water Powered Dosing Pump with ATEX Certification

The Dosatron D8IL5EXAF is an industrial water powered proportional dosing pump designed for higher-rate chemical injection in demanding industrial and hazardous area applications.

Part of the Dosatron Industry Line ATEX / IECEx range, this pump is designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres where a non-electric dosing solution is required. It operates using water pressure only, meaning no electricity, controller or external power supply is needed.

As water passes through the pump, the Dosatron automatically draws in the chemical concentrate, doses it at the selected percentage and mixes it into the water line. The injection rate remains proportional to the water flow, helping provide consistent dosing even when system flow or pressure varies within the pump’s operating range.

The D8IL5EXAF offers an adjustable dosing range from 1% to 5%, equivalent to 1:100 to 1:20. It is suitable for operating water flows from 500 L/h to 8,000 L/h and pressures from 0.15 to 8 bar. The AF seal configuration is designed for alkaline fluid applications, subject to chemical compatibility confirmation.

This model is ideal for industrial chemical dosing, water treatment, process water, cleaning chemical injection and hazardous area dosing applications requiring a higher dosing percentage.
