Dosatron products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer or authorised distributor with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired or replaced if the defect is confirmed.
CONDITIONS
- Product must be rinsed and free of chemicals before return.
- Return postage is paid by the customer.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.

- Lack of maintenance
- Environmental damage or corrosion
- Seal wear (consumable parts)
- Damage caused by water impurities such as sand
REQUIREMENTS
A filter (approx. 60 micron / 250 mesh) must be installed upstream of the Dosatron for the warranty to remain valid.

The Dosatron SD25AL5N SmartDosing is an advanced non-electric proportional dosing pump designed to inject liquid concentrates directly into flowing water. The unit is equipped with VF Viton seals, making it suitable for acidic solutions and ensuring long-lasting reliability.
Installed inline with the water supply, the SD25AL5N operates using a hydraulic piston motor powered by water flow. The piston draws the concentrate from the container and proportionally injects it into the water stream, maintaining precise dosing even with variable water pressures and flow rates.
