Dositec EFR® 1200 High Volume Piston Adjustable Chemical Dosing Pump

The Dositec EFR® 1200 is a high volume piston chemical dosing pump designed for accurate, adjustable injection of liquid chemicals, fertilisers and additives in demanding industrial, agricultural and water treatment applications.

With a maximum injection rate of 1200 L/h and pressure capability up to 7 bar / 700 kPa, the EFR-1200 is suited to large-scale dosing applications where standard electromagnetic or small motor-driven dosing pumps do not provide enough capacity.

The EFR range uses a positive return piston dosing mechanism with variable eccentric regulation, providing smooth, reliable and accurate dosing under heavy-duty operating conditions. The dosing flow is manually adjustable from 0–100% of capacity, allowing the injection rate to be set according to the system requirements without stopping the pump.

The EFR-1200 is designed for continuous operation and is suitable for applications involving fertiliser injection, chemical dosing, water treatment, industrial processes and agriculture. It is available with different construction material options to suit chemical compatibility requirements, including PP, PVDF and stainless steel configurations.
