Dositec EFR® 1600+1600 Dual Head Piston Adjustable Chemical Dosing Pump

The Dositec EFR® 1600+1600 Dual Head is a high volume dual-head piston chemical dosing pump designed for accurate and continuous dosing of fertilisers, chemicals and process liquids in demanding agricultural, industrial and water treatment applications. Its dual-head configuration provides exceptional dosing capacity while delivering reliable performance, precise flow control and long-term durability.

Each piston head delivers up to 1600 L/h, providing a combined maximum flow rate of 3200 L/h at operating pressures up to 5 bar (73 PSI). The positive return piston mechanism and variable eccentric regulation enable the dosing output to be manually adjusted from 0–100%, allowing operators to accurately control chemical dosing for changing process requirements.

Available in PP, PVDF and SS316 material options, the EFR® Dual Head range is engineered for excellent chemical compatibility and dependable operation in harsh environments. Driven by a heavy-duty 2 HP electric motor, the pump is built for continuous industrial service with minimal maintenance and consistent performance.
