Dosatron products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer or authorised distributor with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired or replaced if the defect is confirmed.
CONDITIONS
- Product must be rinsed and free of chemicals before return.
- Return postage is paid by the customer.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.

- Incorrect installation or misuse
- Lack of maintenance
- Environmental damage or corrosion
- Seal wear (consumable parts)
- Damage caused by water impurities such as sand
REQUIREMENTS
A filter (approx. 60 micron / 250 mesh) must be installed upstream of the Dosatron for the warranty to remain valid.

The EMEC AMSPLUS 15-10-EPDM is a robust and precise solenoid-driven chemical dosing pump from the AMS Series, engineered for applications requiring higher pressure and controlled dosing accuracy. Its foot-mounted configuration ensures stable installation, making it ideal for continuous industrial and water treatment operations.
Delivering up to 10 L/h at 15 bar, this model is well-suited for systems where higher pressure dosing is essential. The PVDF pump head provides excellent chemical resistance, while the EPDM (Alkaline) seals ensure compatibility with alkaline and water-based chemicals, supporting long-term reliability.
The AMS PLUS series features analog control with multiple dosing modes, including constant dosing, multiplier/divider functions, and mA signal input capability. These features enable flexible and accurate dosing control tailored to process requirements.

How an EMEC Solenoid Pump Works
An EMEC solenoid dosing pump works by using an electromagnetic coil (solenoid) to drive a piston or diaphragm back and forth in rapid strokes.
When the solenoid is energised, it pulls the diaphragm inward, creating suction that draws chemical into the pump head through an inlet check valve. When the coil de-energises, a spring pushes the diaphragm outward, forcing the chemical through an outlet check valve and into the dosing line.
The dosing rate is controlled by adjusting the stroke frequency and/or stroke length, allowing precise and consistent chemical injection regardless of changes in water flow or pressure.
