Dosatron products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer or authorised distributor with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired or replaced if the defect is confirmed.
CONDITIONS
- Product must be rinsed and free of chemicals before return.
- Return postage is paid by the customer.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.

- Lack of maintenance
- Environmental damage or corrosion
- Seal wear (consumable parts)
- Damage caused by water impurities such as sand
REQUIREMENTS
A filter (approx. 60 micron / 250 mesh) must be installed upstream of the Dosatron for the warranty to remain valid.

The EMEC KCOPLUS 05-10-EPDM is a heavy-duty solenoid-driven chemical dosing pump from the K Series, designed for precise and reliable chemical injection across industrial and water treatment applications. Built with a durable foot-mounted design, it ensures stable installation and long-lasting performance in demanding environments.
Delivering a dosing capacity of up to 10 L/h at 5 bar, this model is ideal for consistent medium-duty dosing tasks. The PVDF pump head provides excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals, while EPDM (Alkaline) seals make it especially suitable for alkaline solutions and compatible chemicals.
The K PLUS analog control system enables flexible dosing adjustment, including constant dosing, multiplier/divider functions, and mA signal input compatibility. This allows accurate control over dosing rates to meet varying process requirements.
Engineered with a high-strength PTFE diaphragm and solenoid-driven mechanism, the KCOPLUS series ensures dependable dosing accuracy, reduced maintenance, and extended service life.

How an EMEC Solenoid Pump Works
An EMEC solenoid dosing pump works by using an electromagnetic coil (solenoid) to drive a piston or diaphragm back and forth in rapid strokes.
When the solenoid is energised, it pulls the diaphragm inward, creating suction that draws chemical into the pump head through an inlet check valve. When the coil de-energises, a spring pushes the diaphragm outward, forcing the chemical through an outlet check valve and into the dosing line.
The dosing rate is controlled by adjusting the stroke frequency and/or stroke length, allowing precise and consistent chemical injection regardless of changes in water flow or pressure.
