Unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer’s documentation, products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer, authorised distributor or nominated assessment location with proof of purchase. The product will be inspected and repaired, replaced or credited if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

The EMEC PRISMA 05-28-VF LPV is a high-precision digital stepper motor dosing pump specifically engineered for viscous liquid and high-accuracy chemical dosing applications. Featuring advanced microprocessor-controlled stepper motor technology, the PRISMA series delivers smooth low-pulsation dosing with exceptional repeatability and highly precise flow regulation.
Delivering a dosing capacity of 28 L/h at 5 bar, this model is optimized for handling viscous chemicals and demanding dosing applications requiring stable and homogeneous chemical injection. The integrated LPV Slow Mode functionality allows the suction stroke speed to be reduced from 100% to 1%, significantly improving venting performance and dosing reliability for viscous media.
The PVDF pump head provides superior resistance to aggressive chemicals, while VF Viton seals ensure excellent compatibility with acidic and corrosive solutions. Its intelligent digital interface includes a large color display with encoder navigation for easy setup, monitoring, and precise dosing adjustment.
With multiple operating modes including constant dosing, proportional dosing, ppm mode, percentage mode, weekly timer, and external input control, the PRISMA LPV series provides flexible and highly accurate dosing management across a wide range of industrial and water treatment applications.
