Unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer’s documentation, products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer, authorised distributor or nominated assessment location with proof of purchase. The product will be inspected and repaired, replaced or credited if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Utilizing advanced microprocessor-controlled stepper motor technology, the PRISMA series delivers smooth low-pulsation dosing with exceptional repeatability and precise flow regulation.
Delivering a dosing capacity of 13 L/h at 10 bar, this model is ideal for high-pressure dosing systems requiring stable and highly accurate chemical metering performance. The PVDF pump head provides superior resistance to aggressive chemicals, while VF Viton seals ensure excellent compatibility with acidic and corrosive media.
The intelligent digital control system features a large color display with encoder navigation for easy setup, monitoring, and parameter adjustment. Multiple operating modes including constant dosing, proportional dosing, ppm mode, percentage mode, weekly timer, and external input control provide flexible and highly accurate dosing management.
Its advanced turndown ratio of 1:4800 and integrated Slow Mode functionality ensure highly homogeneous dosing performance with minimal pulsation, even in demanding industrial environments and viscous chemical applications.
