The Grundfos DDA 12-10 AR-C PTFE Smart Digital S Dosing Pump is a high-accuracy digital chemical dosing pump designed for precise chemical injection in water treatment, wastewater treatment, fertigation, industrial process water, cooling water and general chemical dosing applications. With a maximum flow rate of 12 L/h and operating pressure up to 10 bar, it is suitable for demanding dosing applications requiring consistent and reliable chemical delivery.

As part of the Grundfos SMART Digital S range, this model uses stepper motor technology and full-stroke dosing for reliable performance across low and variable dosing rates. The AR-C control variant supports analogue and relay-based control for seamless integration into automated dosing systems. The durable full PTFE diaphragm, double ball valves and integrated deaeration valve further enhance dosing accuracy, priming performance and operational reliability, even with high-viscosity or degassing liquids.

Auto deaeration helps prevent air locking during standby, while manual, pulse, analogue, batch, timer and fieldbus operating modes provide flexibility for a wide range of installations. Setup and monitoring can be carried out through the pump interface or via the Grundfos GO app, with integrated Modbus RTU/TCP connectivity for seamless integration into industrial automation and building management systems.

This model features a PVDF dosing head, PTFE gasket and ceramic valve balls, making it suitable for a wide range of chemical dosing applications, subject to chemical compatibility.
