The Grundfos DDA 60-10 AR EPDM Smart Digital XL Dosing Pump with Spring Valve is a high-capacity, high-accuracy digital chemical dosing pump designed for precise chemical injection in municipal water treatment, wastewater treatment, industrial process water, cooling water, desalination and other demanding chemical dosing applications. With a maximum flow rate of 60 L/h and operating pressure up to 10 bar, it is ideal for applications requiring reliable chemical dosing of high-viscosity or degassing liquids.

As part of the Grundfos SMART Digital XL range, this model uses a high-efficiency brushless motor and full-stroke dosing technology to deliver smooth, continuous and highly accurate chemical dosing across a wide operating range. The AR control variant supports analogue, pulse and fieldbus control for seamless integration into automated dosing systems. The spring-loaded valve (HV version) improves dosing performance when handling high-viscosity and degassing chemicals, while the durable full PTFE diaphragm, ceramic valve balls and integrated deaeration valve ensure accurate dosing, reliable priming and dependable operation.

Auto deaeration helps prevent air locking during standby, while manual, pulse, analogue, batch, timer and fieldbus operating modes provide flexibility for a wide range of installations. Setup and monitoring can be carried out through the intuitive pump interface, with integrated GENIbus communication allowing seamless connection to SCADA and industrial automation systems via Grundfos CIU fieldbus modules.

This model features a PVC dosing head, EPDM gasket and ceramic valve balls, making it suitable for a wide range of chemical dosing applications, subject to chemical compatibility.
