Grundfos DDE 120-7 AR PTFE Smart Digital XL Dosing Pump

The Grundfos DDE 120-7 AR PTFE Smart Digital XL Dosing Pump is a high-capacity digital diaphragm dosing pump designed for accurate and reliable chemical injection in municipal water treatment, wastewater treatment, industrial process water, cooling water and general chemical dosing applications. With a maximum flow rate of 120 L/h and operating pressure up to 7 bar, it provides an economical yet precise solution for demanding dosing applications.

As part of the Grundfos SMART Digital XL Essential range, this model uses a variable-speed stepper motor and full-stroke dosing technology to deliver accurate, smooth and continuous chemical dosing across the entire operating range. The AR control variant supports manual, pulse and analogue (4–20 mA) control, allowing seamless integration into automated dosing systems. The chemically resistant full PTFE double diaphragm, ceramic valve balls and integrated deaeration valve provide reliable priming, long service life and dependable dosing accuracy, even with degassing liquids.

The pump includes manual dosing adjustment from 0.1–100%, configurable pulse control with divisor function, scalable analogue input, external stop input, empty tank level monitoring and two configurable output relays for alarm, low level, pulse or full-stroke signalling. A rotating control cube, transparent protective cover and compact modular design simplify installation, operation and maintenance.

This model features a PVC dosing head, PTFE gasket and ceramic valve balls, making it suitable for a wide range of chemical dosing applications, subject to chemical compatibility.
