Product Warranty
Grundfos products are covered by a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, please contact AgriDosing with proof of purchase, product details, photos of the product and installation, and a description of the issue. The product may need to be returned to Grundfos, an authorised service partner or nominated assessment location for inspection. If a valid warranty defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced in accordance with Grundfos warranty terms.
Conditions
- Product must be installed, operated and maintained as per Grundfos instructions.
- Proof of purchase, product number and serial number may be required.
- Product must not be disassembled before warranty assessment.
- Customer may be responsible for return freight, removal and re-installation costs.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period, unless stated by Grundfos.
Not Covered
- Incorrect installation, misuse or operation outside specifications
- Incorrect product selection or unsuitable application
Lack of maintenance or failure to follow Grundfos instructions - Unauthorised repair, modification or disassembly
- Electrical damage, incorrect voltage, power fluctuation or lightning strike
- Cavitation, dry running or insufficient liquid supply
- Water quality issues, corrosion, excessive particles, salinity or unsuitable liquid conditions
- Use of poor-quality non-original spare parts or unsuitable ancillary equipment
Requirement
The product must be correctly selected, installed and operated within Grundfos specifications. Suitable protection, filtration, electrical protection and ancillary equipment must be used where required for the application.

The Grundfos DDE 15-4 B Manual PTFE Smart Digital S Dosing Pump is a compact electronic chemical dosing pump designed for simple, reliable manual dosing in water treatment, fertigation, cooling water, process water and general chemical injection systems.
The DDE B range is suited to applications where a straightforward fixed dosing rate is required. It uses digital internal stroke speed control with manual 0.1–100% scale knob adjustment, allowing operators to set the required output easily without complex programming or external control.
This model features a PVC dosing head, PTFE gasket and ceramic valve balls. With its simple manual operation, compact design and reliable Smart Digital dosing technology, the DDE 15-4 B is a practical choice for chemical dosing installations where dependable metering and easy adjustment are important.
