Grundfos DDE 200-4 AR PTFE Smart Digital XL Dosing Pump

The Grundfos DDE 200-4 AR PTFE Smart Digital XL Dosing Pump is a high-capacity digital diaphragm dosing pump engineered for precise chemical dosing in municipal water treatment, wastewater treatment, industrial processing, cooling water systems and other demanding chemical injection applications. Delivering a maximum flow rate of 200 L/h at pressures up to 4 bar, it provides reliable, accurate and energy-efficient dosing for larger-scale installations.

Part of the Grundfos SMART Digital XL Essential range, the DDE 200-4 uses an intelligent variable-speed stepper motor with full-stroke diaphragm technology to maintain exceptional dosing accuracy, smooth discharge flow and dependable priming, even when handling degassing liquids. The AR control variant supports manual, pulse and 4–20 mA analogue control, allowing easy integration into automated dosing systems. A chemically resistant full PTFE double diaphragm, ceramic valve balls and an integrated deaeration valve provide long service life, excellent chemical resistance and simple commissioning.

The pump offers manual flow adjustment from 0.1–100%, pulse control with divisor function, scalable analogue input, external stop input, empty tank level monitoring and two configurable potential-free output relays for alarms, low-level indication, pulse output or full-stroke signalling. Its rotating control cube, transparent protective cover and compact modular construction make installation, operation and servicing straightforward.

This version features a PVC dosing head, PTFE gasket and ceramic valve balls, providing excellent compatibility with a wide range of dosing chemicals when material suitability has been confirmed.
