The Grundfos DDE 200-4 B PTFE Manual Smart Digital XL Dosing Pump is a high-capacity digital diaphragm dosing pump engineered for accurate and reliable chemical dosing in municipal water treatment, wastewater treatment, industrial process systems, cooling water and general chemical injection applications. Delivering a maximum flow rate of 200 L/h at pressures up to 4 bar, it provides an efficient solution for large-volume dosing applications requiring simple manual control.

As part of the Grundfos SMART Digital XL Essential range, the DDE 200-4 uses an energy-efficient variable-speed stepper motor with full-stroke dosing technology to ensure exceptional dosing accuracy, smooth chemical injection and reliable priming, even when handling degassing liquids. Rather than changing stroke length, the pump automatically varies the speed of each dosing stroke, producing a continuous and consistent flow across the full operating range.

The B control variant offers straightforward manual operation via a front-mounted logarithmic adjustment knob, allowing the dosing capacity to be adjusted from 0.1% to 100% without the need for complex programming. The pump features a chemically resistant full PTFE double diaphragm, ceramic valve balls and an integrated deaeration valve to maximise service life, simplify commissioning and maintain high dosing precision. Its modular design also incorporates a rotating control cube for flexible installation and a transparent protective cover to safeguard the control panel in demanding industrial environments.

This model is supplied with a PVC dosing head, PTFE gasket and ceramic valve balls, making it suitable for a broad range of chemical dosing applications, subject to chemical compatibility.
