The Grundfos DME 375-10AR FKM Smart Digital Dosing Pump with PP Head is a high-capacity digital diaphragm dosing pump designed for accurate and reliable chemical dosing in municipal water treatment, wastewater treatment, industrial process water, cooling water and general chemical injection applications. With a maximum flow rate of 375 L/h and operating pressure up to 10 bar, it is ideal for demanding industrial dosing applications requiring high capacity and exceptional dosing precision.

As part of the Grundfos Smart Digital DME range, this model uses an integrated variable-speed stepper motor drive with full-stroke dosing technology to provide smooth, accurate and low-pulsation chemical dosing across a wide operating range. The AR control variant supports manual, pulse, 4–20 mA analogue, timer batch and pulse batch operating modes, making it suitable for seamless integration into automated dosing systems. A simple on-site calibration function allows the pump to be matched precisely to the installation, while integrated anti-cavitation, maximum capacity limitation and automatic priming functions improve performance with high-viscosity and degassing liquids.

The pump also features dual level monitoring inputs, an alarm relay output, operation counters, overload protection and a multilingual backlit display with intuitive one-touch controls for straightforward commissioning and operation. This model features a polypropylene (PP) dosing head, FKM gasket and glass valve balls, making it suitable for a wide range of chemical dosing applications, subject to chemical compatibility.
