The Grundfos DMH 37-10 PTFE Hydraulic Diaphragm Dosing Pump is a high-performance hydraulically driven diaphragm dosing pump designed for precise and reliable chemical dosing in water treatment, industrial process engineering, cooling water systems and demanding chemical injection applications. With a maximum flow rate of 37 L/h and operating pressure up to 10 bar, it is ideal for applications requiring accurate dosing at medium to high pressures.

As part of the Grundfos DMH range, this model features a hydraulically actuated PTFE diaphragm driven by a precision gear, eccentric and tappet system coupled to a high-efficiency AC motor. The dosing capacity is adjusted manually using the integrated stroke adjustment knob, providing a 1:10 turndown ratio for accurate and repeatable flow control. The hydraulic diaphragm design reduces diaphragm stress while delivering excellent dosing accuracy and long service life for continuous industrial operation.

The pump incorporates a durable aluminium housing, chemically resistant PVDF dosing head, PTFE valve seats, PTFE valve gaskets and ceramic valve balls for dependable performance across a wide range of compatible chemicals.
