The Grundfos DSB 40L Dosing Station with DDA 7.5-16 AR Advanced Control Pump is a compact packaged chemical dosing system designed for safe chemical storage, accurate dosing and simple installation.
This complete dosing station includes a 40L UV-stabilised polyethylene chemical tank, PE containment bund, Grundfos Smart Digital DDA dosing pump, multi-function valve, flexible foot valve with 2-level switch, injection valve, 6m of 6/9 PE tubing, and signal input/output alarm cables.
The DDA 7.5-16 AR pump provides accurate digital dosing with advanced control options, making it suitable for water treatment, pH correction, disinfection, biocides, anti-scalants, corrosion inhibitors, coagulants and CIP applications.
The system is supplied semi-assembled, with the pump mounting plate and foot valve fitted. Basic on-site connection of the pump, tubing and signal cables is required before operation.
