The Grundfos DSB 60L Dosing Station with DDA 7.5-16 AR Advanced Control Pump & Multi-Function Valve is a compact, pre-engineered chemical dosing system designed for safe chemical storage and accurate dosing in water treatment, pH correction, disinfection, cooling water, wastewater treatment and industrial process applications.
The system combines a 60-litre UV-stabilised polyethylene chemical tank with a Grundfos DDA 7.5-16 AR Smart Digital dosing pump, delivering highly accurate chemical dosing using advanced stepper motor technology and full-stroke dosing. The AR (Advanced Control) variant supports manual, pulse, analogue, batch and timer operating modes, providing flexible control for a wide range of dosing applications. AutoFlowAdapt automatically compensates for changes in system conditions to maintain accurate dosing performance.
The DSB dosing station includes a PVDF multi-function valve that combines pressure relief and pressure loading functions to improve dosing stability and protect the installation. A flexible foot valve with a 2-level float switch provides low-level and empty-tank protection, while the package also includes an injection valve, 6 metres of PE dosing tubing and signal input/output alarm cables for simplified installation.
Designed as a compact, semi-assembled dosing solution, the DSB station minimises installation time while providing a professional chemical dosing package suitable for water treatment plants, commercial buildings, cooling towers, industrial processing and CIP disinfection systems.
