Grundfos DSB No Tank Dosing Station with DDA 7.5-16 FCM Flow Measurement Pump & Multi-Function Valve

The Grundfos DSB No Tank Dosing Station with DDA 7.5-16 FCM Flow Measurement Pump & Multi-Function Valve is a compact, pre-engineered chemical dosing system designed for accurate chemical dosing directly from an external chemical drum or storage tank. It is ideal for water treatment, pH correction, disinfection, cooling water, wastewater treatment and industrial process applications where a separate chemical storage vessel is already available.

The system is supplied without an onboard chemical tank and combines a Grundfos DDA 7.5-16 FCM Smart Digital dosing pump with a mounting frame, providing highly accurate digital dosing using stepper motor technology and FlowControl with Flow Measurement (FCM). The integrated FlowControl function detects dosing faults such as air bubbles, blocked discharge lines and pressure fluctuations, while AutoFlowAdapt automatically compensates for changing process conditions to maintain precise dosing performance.

The DSB dosing station includes a PVDF multi-function valve that combines pressure relief and pressure loading functions for improved dosing stability and system protection. A flexible foot valve with a 2-level float switch provides low-level and empty-drum protection, while the package also includes an injection valve, 6 metres of PE dosing tubing and signal input/output alarm cables for simplified installation.

Designed as a compact, semi-assembled dosing solution, the DSB station minimises installation time while providing a professional chemical dosing package for installations using external chemical drums or bulk storage tanks.
