Product Warranty

Dosatron products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.

To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer or authorised distributor with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired or replaced if the defect is confirmed.

CONDITIONS

- Product must be rinsed and free of chemicals before return.
- Return postage is paid by the customer.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.

- Incorrect installation or misuse
- Lack of maintenance
- Environmental damage or corrosion
- Seal wear (consumable parts)
- Damage caused by water impurities such as sand

REQUIREMENTS

A filter (approx. 60 micron / 250 mesh) must be installed upstream of the Dosatron for the warranty to remain valid.

The Hydro Systems MiniDos 112605 is a high-performance water-powered dosing pump designed for accurate and proportional chemical injection without the need for electricity. Installed directly into the water line, it uses water flow as its power source to deliver consistent dosing performance.

Featuring a patented internal mixing chamber, the MiniDos ensures thorough and homogeneous mixing while preventing chemical contact with critical internal components, improving durability and operational life. Its proportional dosing mechanism maintains consistent chemical injection regardless of variations in flow or pressure.

This 5% model provides an adjustable dosing range from 1% to 5%, making it ideal for applications requiring higher concentration dosing such as industrial cleaning, sanitation, and water treatment systems.
