Dosatron products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer or authorised distributor with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired or replaced if the defect is confirmed.
CONDITIONS
- Product must be rinsed and free of chemicals before return.
- Return postage is paid by the customer.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.

- Lack of maintenance
- Environmental damage or corrosion
- Seal wear (consumable parts)
- Damage caused by water impurities such as sand
REQUIREMENTS
A filter (approx. 60 micron / 250 mesh) must be installed upstream of the Dosatron for the warranty to remain valid.

The Hydro Systems SuperDos 20 is a high-performance water-powered dosing pump engineered for precise low-percentage chemical injection without the need for electricity. Designed for demanding industrial and agricultural applications, it delivers accurate and consistent dosing using water flow as its power source.
Installed directly into the fluid line, the SuperDos 20 uses a piston-driven mechanism to proportionally inject concentrate into the water stream. Its patented internal mixing chamber ensures uniform blending while keeping aggressive chemicals isolated from internal motor components, enhancing durability and operational lifespan.
This model features an ultra-low dosing range of 0.025% to 0.4%, making it ideal for applications requiring very fine chemical dosing such as chlorination, disinfection, and precise water treatment processes. It maintains consistent injection ratios regardless of fluctuations in flow or pressure, ensuring reliable performance in variable conditions.
