Product Warranty

Dosatron products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.

To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer or authorised distributor with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired or replaced if the defect is confirmed.

CONDITIONS

- Product must be rinsed and free of chemicals before return.
- Return postage is paid by the customer.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.

NOT COVERED

- Incorrect installation or misuse
- Lack of maintenance
- Environmental damage or corrosion
- Seal wear (consumable parts)
- Damage caused by water impurities such as sand

REQUIREMENTS

A filter (approx. 60 micron / 250 mesh) must be installed upstream of the Dosatron for the warranty to remain valid.

The Hydro Systems SuperDos 45 is a high-capacity water-powered dosing pump engineered for accurate and reliable proportional chemical injection in large-scale systems. Operating without electricity, it uses water flow as its power source to deliver consistent dosing performance regardless of fluctuations in flow or pressure.

This model features an adjustable dosing range of 0.2% to 2.5%, making it ideal for medium concentration applications such as water treatment, sanitation, fertigation, and industrial cleaning. Its proportional injection system ensures precise and consistent chemical dosing at all times.

Designed with a patented internal mixing chamber, the SuperDos ensures uniform blending while keeping aggressive chemicals isolated from internal motor components. This significantly enhances durability and extends operational life, even in demanding environments.

Constructed from a proprietary engineered composite material, the SuperDos 45 provides excellent resistance to corrosive chemicals. With high flow capabilities up to 4500 L/h, it is well-suited for industrial, agricultural, and commercial installations requiring dependable, high-volume dosing.
