Dosatron products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer or authorised distributor with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired or replaced if the defect is confirmed.
CONDITIONS
- Product must be rinsed and free of chemicals before return.
- Return postage is paid by the customer.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.

REQUIREMENTS
A filter (approx. 60 micron / 250 mesh) must be installed upstream of the Dosatron for the warranty to remain valid.

The Hydro Systems Twist II Clean 20mm Pre-Filter is a high-performance self-cleaning filtration solution designed to protect water systems and dosing equipment from debris and particulate contamination. Engineered with a patented reverse flushing mechanism, it allows for fast and efficient cleaning without interrupting system operation.
With a simple 1/4-turn of the top handle, the filter initiates an inside-out backwash process that lifts the stainless steel filter element and flushes contaminants out through the purge port. This eliminates the need to shut off the water supply during cleaning, ensuring continuous operation and preventing air from entering the system.
The 140 mesh (105 micron) stainless steel filter element provides reliable fine filtration while offering long service life, removing the need for disposable cartridges.
