The Mixtron MX075-VF is a water-powered dosing pump engineered for accurate proportional chemical injection without the need for electrical power. Designed for reliability and efficiency, it operates using water flow, making it ideal for remote installations and cost-effective dosing systems.

With an adjustable dosing ratio from 0.2% to 2% (1:500 to 1:50), this model provides precise and consistent dosing performance across a wide range of applications. It supports a maximum water flow rate of up to 750 L/h, ensuring stable operation under varying conditions.

Constructed from durable materials including POM, PP, HDPE, and PA12, along with AISI 316 and Duplex stainless steel components, the pump offers excellent resistance to chemicals and wear. The VF Viton (Acidic) seals make it suitable for acidic chemical dosing applications.

The MX075-VF delivers reliable dosing accuracy (±5%) and repeatability (±3%), ensuring consistent chemical injection with minimal maintenance requirements.
