Product Warranty

Dosatron products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.

To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer or authorised distributor with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired or replaced if the defect is confirmed.

CONDITIONS

- Product must be rinsed and free of chemicals before return.
- Return postage is paid by the customer.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.

- Lack of maintenance
- Environmental damage or corrosion
- Seal wear (consumable parts)
- Damage caused by water impurities such as sand

REQUIREMENTS

A filter (approx. 60 micron / 250 mesh) must be installed upstream of the Dosatron for the warranty to remain valid.

The Mixtron MX1100-NBR is a high-capacity water-powered dosing pump designed for proportional chemical injection without the need for electrical power. Engineered for industrial-scale applications, it operates using water flow, making it ideal for large systems and environments where electricity is unavailable or impractical.

With an adjustable dosing ratio from 0.5% to 5% (1:200 to 1:20), this model is suitable for medium to high concentration dosing applications. It supports a maximum water flow rate of up to 11,000 L/h, ensuring reliable and consistent performance in high-demand environments.

This version includes a built-in bypass system, allowing effective dosing even at lower flow rates while improving system flexibility and operational stability. Constructed from durable materials such as POM, PP, HDPE, and PA12, along with AISI 316 and Duplex stainless steel components, the pump provides excellent chemical resistance and long service life.

Equipped with NBR seals, this model is best suited for oils, fuels, and hydrocarbon-based chemical applications, offering reliable sealing performance and durability under such conditions.

The MX1100-NBR delivers consistent dosing accuracy (±5%) and repeatability (±3%), ensuring dependable and precise chemical injection.
