The Mixtron MX1300-VF is a high-capacity water-powered dosing pump designed for proportional chemical injection without the need for electrical power. Built for large-scale industrial and agricultural applications, it uses water flow as its driving force, ensuring efficient and reliable operation in high-demand environments.

With an adjustable dosing ratio from 0.5% to 5% (1:200 to 1:20), this model is ideal for medium to high concentration dosing applications. It supports a maximum water flow rate of up to 13,000 L/h, providing consistent and stable performance across large systems.

This version includes a built-in bypass system, enabling accurate dosing even at lower flow rates and enhancing operational flexibility. The pump is constructed from durable materials such as POM, PP, HDPE, and PA12, along with AISI 316 and Duplex stainless steel components, ensuring excellent resistance to chemicals and long service life.

Equipped with VF Viton (Acidic) seals, the MX1300-VF is well-suited for acidic chemical dosing applications. It offers consistent dosing accuracy (±5%) and repeatability (±3%), ensuring dependable and precise chemical injection.
