The Mixtron MX150-VFX is a water-powered dosing pump designed for precise proportional chemical injection without the need for electrical power. Using water flow as its driving force, it provides a reliable and efficient dosing solution for industrial, agricultural, and water treatment applications.

With an adjustable dosing ratio from 0.2% to 2% (1:500 to 1:50), this model is ideal for medium concentration chemical dosing. It supports a maximum water flow rate of up to 1,500 L/h, ensuring stable and consistent performance across varying system conditions.

This VFX variant features enhanced chemical resistance with PVDF components, making it suitable for more aggressive chemical applications. Combined with VF Viton (Acidic) seals, it ensures strong compatibility with acidic solutions and extended service life.

Manufactured from durable materials including POM, PP, PVDF, HDPE, and PA12, along with AISI 316 and Duplex stainless steel components, the pump delivers reliable performance with minimal maintenance. It maintains dosing accuracy of ±5% and repeatability of ±3% for consistent chemical injection.
