Unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer’s documentation, products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer, authorised distributor or nominated assessment location with proof of purchase. The product will be inspected and repaired, replaced or credited if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

The Plastica Alfa VENT40 is a water powered Venturi chemical injector kit designed for simple, reliable chemical and fertiliser injection into irrigation and water systems. With a maximum injection rate of 1050 L/h, this injector is ideal for high-capacity fertigation, liquid fertiliser dosing and general chemical injection applications where a non-electric dosing solution is required.
Using the Venturi principle, the injector creates suction from the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the unit. This allows liquid fertiliser or chemical to be drawn into the water line without the need for an external power source, motor or electrical controller.
The VENT40 is manufactured by Plastica Alfa and is made from high quality chemical resistant plastic materials designed to withstand many agricultural and industrial chemicals. It is a simple, low-maintenance solution for users needing efficient and cost-effective liquid injection into pressurised water systems.
This kit is supplied complete with the key installation components required for setup, including a check valve, suction strainer, connecting hose and metering valve.
