Dosatron products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer or authorised distributor with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired or replaced if the defect is confirmed.
CONDITIONS
- Product must be rinsed and free of chemicals before return.
- Return postage is paid by the customer.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.
NOT COVERED
- Incorrect installation or misuse
- Lack of maintenance
- Environmental damage or corrosion
- Seal wear (consumable parts)
- Damage caused by water impurities such as sand
REQUIREMENTS
A filter (approx. 60 micron / 250 mesh) must be installed upstream of the Dosatron for the warranty to remain valid.

The RMC Endurance Multijet 20mm Turbine Water Meter is a durable cold-water meter designed for accurate residential, commercial and water authority metering applications. Built with a robust DZR brass body, direct-drive multijet turbine mechanism and encapsulated reading face, this meter is designed for long-term reliability, clear reading visibility and resistance to magnetic interference.
The Endurance Multijet range is suitable for internal and external use and is certified for horizontal installation with the dial facing upwards. It includes an internal non-return valve and strainer, helping protect the meter while supporting consistent metering performance over time.
Available in Meter Thread, NSW Thread and BSP Thread options, this 20mm model is ideal where a dependable, economical and NMI-approved cold water meter is required.
