Dosatron products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer or authorised distributor with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired or replaced if the defect is confirmed.
CONDITIONS
- Product must be rinsed and free of chemicals before return.
- Return postage is paid by the customer.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.
NOT COVERED
- Incorrect installation or misuse
- Lack of maintenance
- Environmental damage or corrosion
- Seal wear (consumable parts)
- Damage caused by water impurities such as sand
REQUIREMENTS
A filter (approx. 60 micron / 250 mesh) must be installed upstream of the Dosatron for the warranty to remain valid.

Description
The RMC Flexi-Reader Remote Water Meter Digital Display is a field-programmable remote display designed to work with pulse output water meters. It connects to a dry contact, voltage-free pulse output from a compatible mechanical water meter or sensor, then displays a totalised kilolitre reading on the LCD screen.
The Flexi-Reader can be configured to suit a wide range of pulse rates from 0.5L to 1000L per pulse, making it suitable for a variety of water meter installations. It can also be set to match the starting value of the mechanical meter register or zeroed at the time of installation.
Built with an IP65 rated waterproof housing and replaceable lithium cell battery, the WMPC2 is ideal for remote reading applications where the main water meter is difficult to access or where a convenient display point is required.
