Product Warranty

Dosatron products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.

To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer or authorised distributor with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired or replaced if the defect is confirmed.

CONDITIONS

- Product must be rinsed and free of chemicals before return.
- Return postage is paid by the customer.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.

- Incorrect installation or misuse
- Lack of maintenance
- Environmental damage or corrosion
- Seal wear (consumable parts)
- Damage caused by water impurities such as sand

REQUIREMENTS

A filter (approx. 60 micron / 250 mesh) must be installed upstream of the Dosatron for the warranty to remain valid.

The SEKO PE-5-SANTOPRENE-PLUG Peristaltic Dosing Pump is a high-capacity solution for low-pressure chemical dosing applications requiring higher output. Designed with a fixed dosing rate, it ensures consistent and reliable chemical injection for controlled dosing environments.

Utilizing peristaltic pump technology, the unit operates by compressing a flexible tube, ensuring that the chemical only comes into contact with the tubing. This eliminates contamination risks and makes it suitable for dosing a wide range of chemicals.

The pump features a durable polypropylene housing that provides strong resistance against chemical attack and environmental exposure. It is supplied complete with suction tubing, discharge tubing, foot valve, and injection valve for easy installation and operation.

Equipped with a Santoprene squeeze tube for enhanced durability and supplied with a plug-in power lead, this model ensures simple setup and dependable long-term operation. Its IP65-rated enclosure allows for safe use in outdoor and industrial environments.
