The Argal Astra Evo DDE 015 is a compact and highly reliable air operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump designed for safe and efficient transfer of aggressive and corrosive fluids. Featuring a polypropylene (PP) glass-reinforced casing, it offers excellent chemical resistance while maintaining a lightweight and durable structure.
Driven entirely by compressed air, the pump operates on a 1:1 pressure ratio, ensuring consistent performance without the need for electrical power. This makes it ideal for hazardous environments and ATEX applications where safety and reliability are critical.
The pump is capable of handling fluids with suspended solids up to 3 mm and provides a suction lift of up to 4 meters. Its compact footprint, low noise level, and robust construction make it suitable for a wide range of industrial installations.
This variant is equipped with TPV (Santoprene) diaphragms, offering excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals, particularly in applications involving moderate chemical aggressiveness and durability requirements.
