Dosatron products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer or authorised distributor with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired or replaced if the defect is confirmed.

- Return postage is paid by the customer.

The Dosatron D90GL05VF is an ultra high-capacity, non-electric proportional dosing pump designed for precise injection of liquid concentrates directly into high flow water lines. Powered entirely by water pressure, the unit automatically doses additives with an externally adjustable ratio from 0.1% to 0.5%, delivering accurate and consistent chemical injection without the need for electricity.
Installed directly inline with the water supply, the D90GL05VF uses a patented 1/10 flow regulator to divide flow before the proportional dosing pump injects the concentrate at the selected percentage. This intelligent flow division system stabilises performance and helps maintain accurate dosing across a wide operating range, even in demanding irrigation applications.

How a Dosatron Works
A Dosatron operates using the flow and pressure of water to automatically draw and mix liquid additives into the water line. As water passes through the unit, an internal piston creates a suction effect that pulls concentrate from a chemical container.
The product is then precisely mixed with the water at the selected dosing ratio, ensuring consistent and accurate injection without the need for electricity.
