DOSmart products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing or material defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer, authorised distributor or nominated assessment location with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired or replaced if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Conditions
- Product must be installed, operated and maintained as per manufacturer instructions.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- Product must be cleaned, drained and safe to handle before return.
- Customer may be responsible for return postage and assessment costs.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period unless stated by the manufacturer.

The Dositec WTRtec® RED is a pH water treatment controller designed for accurate monitoring and automatic adjustment of pH levels in tank and inline water treatment systems. The controller is ideal for automated chemical dosing applications requiring stable pH control in water treatment, irrigation and industrial process systems.
The WTRtec RED continuously monitors pH, flow and temperature values, allowing reliable control of dosing pumps for acid or alkaline chemical injection. Its compact multi-function design makes it suitable for standalone pH correction systems as well as integrated automated water treatment installations.
The controller supports pH pump output control through relay or mA proportional signals and includes integrated RS485 Modbus communication for connection with SCADA systems, monitoring platforms and automated process control systems.
