The AZUD Modular 100 40mm BSP Super 130 Micron Polypropylene Disc Filter is a heavy-duty manual filtration solution designed for irrigation water filtration systems requiring higher flow capacity and reliable long-term performance. Manufactured from high-quality technical plastic, this filter combines robust construction, easy maintenance and efficient particle removal for agricultural and horticultural applications.

The filter features a polypropylene grooved disc element with 130-micron filtration, equivalent to 120 mesh, providing effective protection against suspended particles that can block drip emitters, sprinklers, valves, pumps and fertigation equipment. The larger disc filtration area provides improved dirt-holding capacity and helps reduce maintenance frequency.

The threaded closure system securely compresses the disc stack during operation while allowing simple cleaning and servicing without specialised tools. The design allows the discs to be loosened during maintenance while preventing accidental loss of individual discs.

The AZUD Modular 100 Super model includes auxiliary threaded connections for pressure gauges, draining and pressure relief, allowing easier monitoring and maintenance of the filtration system.
